Basic information was collected prior to the tryout sessions. Now that the teams have been selected, a detailed player registration process is needed to ensure we have all of the information we require.

Please open the online registration form by clicking the "Player Registration" icon, above. There are 8 parts to the registration form, which will take approx 5-10 mins to complete.

There's a link to the Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk Agreement in the registration form. You can also find this document under the "About Us" menu heading, in "Documents". This form needs to be printed off, signed and returned to your coach asap.
