NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

  • All members of the Potential Volleyball Club are welcome to attend.

  • The meeting link will be sent out to everyone who registered, the day before the meeting (Aug 31st).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At the Annual General Meeting, the membership will elect our board of directors for the upcoming season, learn about new initiatives and plans for the club season, volunteer for committee positions and have an opportunity to ask questions.  For election purposes, each family is entitled to one vote.

  5. 2020/21 Club Review

  6. 2020/21 Financial Statement Review

  9. Election of New Directors (min 3, max 12)

  10. New Business for 2021-22

All positions are up for re-election! If you are interested in running for one of the following positions, please email info@potentialvolleyball.com or let us know on the AGM registration form.

President– Responsible for overseeing and directing the overall operation of the club.

Vice President – Responsible for exercising the duties and powers of other board members in their absence.

Treasurer– Responsible for keeping full and accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursements of the club. 

Secretary– Responsible for keeping custody of books and records of the club. 

Director at Large (Up to 8 max) – Observe club activities and provide feedback on initiatives affecting our members.
